Hi, I’m Lexi!

Despite my background in kinesiology and passion for moving my body, I still struggled to incorporate movement every day. I understand how challenging it can be when you factor in desk work, life responsibilities, and in my case, chronic conditions that made exercise difficult.The times I was the most consistent were when I had personal trainers, but I’d stop training as soon as we stopped working together. It didn’t give me the long-term consistency I needed. 

My repeated failed attempts and my body continuously telling me I needed to get moving led me determined to find a different approach that would actually work for me.Through extensive research and experimentation, I finally reconnected with my body, rebuilt my trust in myself, and deepened my self-care practices to achieve a level of consistency I hadn’t experienced before.

I realized that we are bombarded with external messages dictating what exercise should be, often limiting our options and leading to inaction. However, the most important thing is simply to move our bodies.

My mission is to share new perspectives and unconventional approaches that can reignite joy and fulfillment in the act of moving, allowing individuals to find their own path to holistic well-being.
