Lymphatic massage before surgery helps prepare your body by detoxifying your system, which promotes optimal healing conditions that can lead to less swelling and faster healing post-operation.
If you are new to lymphatic massage, we recommend booking a session one month out or more to see how you respond. We recommend 1-3 sessions prior to surgery. Do not book within 10 days of your surgery date.
