It was during my massage therapy training that I discovered corrective exercise, which filled the gaps in my knowledge and allowed me to take a more comprehensive approach to helping clients improve their movement and imbalances.
After learning about the critical role posture and breathing plays in overall health, it also became clear to me that this was a missing piece to improving my own chronic health conditions. This realization inspired me to take transform my own habits and compelled me to share this knowledge with others who may also benefit from it.
As someone who has experienced chronic symptoms, I understand the feelings of hopelessness that can come with seeking solutions. But through massage therapy and a focus on holistic wellness, I have found a sense of hope and healing that I am excited to share with others.

Em (they/them) is an intuitive practitioner, educated at Arizona School of Integrative Studies in Mesa, Arizona, who offers clients body-mind integration and balance through touch. Em's methods integrate the best applicable modalities for the client at hand primarily including deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, rocking, stretching, and breathwork. Em's focus is to provide relief from chronic pain, functional asymmetry, and chronic postural tension from occupation or hobbies.
Along Em's own healing journey with idiopathic chronic pain, neurodivergence, and dissociative trauma recovery, they realized that bodywork is an essential building block of wellness, and it can bring the body far more than just relaxation -- the power of therapeutic touch has been known to promote emotional healing, balance in the mind and body, chronic pain management, and more. Desiring to share the gift of touch, Em pursued massage therapy to directly impact the outcome while offering a safe healing environment.
